Ardnamurchan 10 Jahre AD/10 - 50% Sample
Ardnamurchan 10 Years AD/10 "4cl Sample" - 50%

4cl sample of the Ardnamurchan 10 Years AD/10 - 50%This bottling is a limited whisky from the Ardnamurchan Distillery that received a finish of over a year in Champagne Paul Launois barriques and was bottled at 50%. The release is limited to 15,000 bottles in total. Tasting notes: Nose: The nose opens with an overtly tropical offering; replete with ripe mangoes, pineapple cubes, lots of honey. There are baked bananas, brown sugar, figs, and wine gums. With time, we go a little deeper into darker tones of crème caramel, toffee, and meringues with white chocolate. Palate: Oh, hello there, waxiness! The theme of honey continues, backed up by linseed oil, warming spices, gingerbread, fresh pineapple, and cedar. Oily, waxy, showing great depth!

Ballechin 2006 Moscato Passito Cask #801 "4cl Sample" - 53,8%

4cl sample of the Ballechin 2006 Moscato Passito Cask #801 - 53,8% The distillery lies a few miles west of Pitlochry near Moulin and belongs to the Highlands whisky region. It was probably founded in 1825 and is the only Scottish distillery still preserved entirely in the style of the old farmhouse distilleries. For a long time this also made it Scotland's smallest distillery. Its two stills produced just 15 casks a week. Today's production capacity is around 500,000 litres of pure alcohol per year, after an extension to the distillery came into operation in February 2018. As the original Ballechin distillery no longer exists, the peated version of Edradour is offered under this name.

Glenallachie 2012 Cuvée Wine Cask Finish 2023 "4cl Sample" - 54,9%

4cl Sample of Glenallachie 2012 Cuvée Cask Finish Cuvée – that’s French and comes from the world of winemaking. Derived from the word “cuve” for cask or tank, it describes the blending of different wines, which are bottled under one label. Winemakers thus combine the characteristics and aromas of specific wine-growing regions or grape varieties into a delicious balance. This process requires great finesse in both wine and whisky production. A job for Billy Walker. Billy Walker has already demonstrated his blending skills, acquired over 50 years of experience, several times in the form of whisky cuvées for Kirsch customers. Now, the living legend has selected and combined barrels and barrique casks to create The GlenAllachie Cuvée Cask Finish 2012/2023. The single malt initially matured in bourbon barrels. For the finishing process, Billy Walker used various wine casks, namely Pedro Ximenez puncheons, Moscatel barriques, and Ruby Port pipes.
