Ordering process

Here is how to place your order in just a few steps. You can change any detail right up to the end; your order only becomes binding with the final click.

1. Shopping cart

Add the items you want using Add to shopping cart. In the shopping cart you can change quantities or remove items again. You will already see the shipping costs there as soon as the delivery country is known.

2. Checkout

You can order with a customer account or as a guest. An account has the advantage that you do not need to enter your addresses again and can view your orders later.

3. Addresses

Enter your billing address and, if different, your delivery address. The shipping costs depend on the delivery address and are recalculated immediately.

4. Shipping method

You can choose between shipping with DHL and, within Germany, free collection from our shop in Itzehoe. If you choose collection, we will let you know as soon as your order is ready.

5. Payment method

You can find out which payment methods we offer under Payment methods and shipping costs.

6. Review and order

On the final page you will see a summary of all your details: items, prices, shipping costs, addresses and payment method. You can change each section there using Edit. After accepting our general terms and conditions, you submit a binding offer by clicking Submit order.

7. Confirmation

You will immediately receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This acknowledgement of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer; details are set out in § 2 of our general terms and conditions.

Correcting your entries

You can correct your entries at any step using the delete key or Edit. You can cancel the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window; your shopping cart will be saved.

Contract language and contract text

The contract is concluded in German. We store the contract text; as a registered customer, you can view your orders at any time in your account.
