Whisky from other countries
Whisky from other countries offers a diverse selection of bottlings beyond the classic whisky regions. Distilleries from countries such as Denmark, England, France, Spain, Finland and Africa produce single malt whiskies, blended whiskies and other whisky styles with differing flavour profiles. Well-known producers such as Stauning, Cotswolds, Armorik, Kyrö and Bain's show the breadth of international whisky production. Depending on origin, the grains used and cask maturation, the results are fruity, malty, spicy or smoky whiskies. Alongside classic bourbon and sherry casks, regional wine casks and other cask types are also used. Whether a standard bottling, a limited edition or a single cask whisky, international whisky offers interesting alternatives to the well-known countries of origin. Discover whisky from around the world and find bottlings from a variety of international distilleries.
The Warenghem Distillery, known for its Armorik brand, is located in Brittany.

The Bimber Distillery was founded by whisky lovers who made it their mission to produce high-quality single malt whisky with character, using traditional methods that are rarely found today. Regional single-farm barley. Barley malt from a traditional malting floor. Washbacks from its own cooperage. Bimber's production process reads like the ideal of a whisky distillery. Although based in London, the craft distillery is not swayed by the fast pace of the metropolis. With attention to detail, 7-day fermentation and two direct-fired pot stills, this is where sought-after English whisky is made.

The Germany Edition 2023 contrasts a whiskey made from barley malt with a bottling made from peat malt. Both matured in a barrel pre-filled with the sweet Pedro Ximénez sherry. Fully peated whiskey has only been known from Bimber since spring 2023. The distillers bring peat from Aberdeenshire to London and kiln the barley malt themselves in a custom-made drying oven. The smoky-fruity Bimber Pedo Ximénez Sherry Cask #458 is the result of these high standards of craftsmanship.
