The M&H Distillery takes advantage of Israel’s warm climate to accelerate the interaction between the distillate and the wood, giving this single malt remarkable depth after just four years. This expression was distilled on November 23, 2021, and matured in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, numbered 3550, until it was bottled in August 2026. The independent bottler Best Dram has exclusively selected this single cask to bridge the gap between oriental intensity and the classic elegance of dark sherry notes.

One of the most significant composers in the history of music is synonymous with precision, structure and expressiveness – best exemplified by the Johann – Bourbon Cask, matured exclusively in Bourbon cask No. 413.
