The home of Myken Distillery: a remote island in the Arctic Ocean, 32 kilometres off the coast of northern Norway. Where the air is saturated with salt and endless summer days are replaced by wild winter winds, gin and whisky have been produced since 2014 – from desalinated seawater and distilled over an open flame.

The M&H Distillery takes advantage of Israel’s warm climate to accelerate the interaction between the distillate and the wood, giving this single malt remarkable depth after just four years. This expression was distilled on November 23, 2021, and matured in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, numbered 3550, until it was bottled in August 2026. The independent bottler Best Dram has exclusively selected this single cask to bridge the gap between oriental intensity and the classic elegance of dark sherry notes.
