Hendricks Gin has been produced since 1999 and is a blend of two distinct distillates from two different types of stills: the Bennett and the Carter-Head stills. By blending the two, we create an exceptionally smooth gin that possesses the necessary character and a delicate balance of subtle aromas. Although only a few Bennett stills have been produced, they have earned a reputation for producing a distillate that is particularly flavorful and robust.

The award-winning Original Edinburgh Gin of the same name is distilled in Scotland's capital, Edinburgh. Carefully selected Scottish ingredients and small production batches ensure its multi-award-winning quality and exceptional character. It is not only the choice of botanicals that reveals a love of Scotland and Edinburgh, but also the production process itself. Not least, the two stills are called Flora (a rounded pot still) and Caledonia (the tall column still), affectionate nicknames for the stills that also show a love of home, as Caledonia is the Gaelic word for Scotland. Juniper and pine are very much to the fore. Light citrus aromas and a hint of coriander make for a complex gin to look forward to.

Taste like a fresh breeze across windswept golden sands. Look to the horizon where the light sparkles on the surf. A breeze whispers over gentle waves, fresh and salty. Stand on the shore and breathe it in. This expression sums up the wonder of the coast near the city. This gently sweet, mineral gin uses botanicals harvested from the beaches around Edinburgh, making it reminiscent of a refreshing walk on a Scottish beach. Pair it with tonic or shake it as a martini…. we enjoy ours with a slice of grapefruit or a sprig of crisp, salty sea fennel.

The Isle of Harris distillery is located in Tarbert, the island's main town, and started production in autumn 2015. A privately run business, it was established in this remote location partly because of the founders' deep connection with the island and affection for its inhabitants. As the only distillery on the island, it rises above the small harbour of Tarbert and represents the spirit of the island to anyone who comes to Harris by land or sea.

In May 2017, Bill Dobbie and Alasdair Day brought barley growing back to Raasay after more than 40 years. Since then, the old Icelandic barley varieties Bere and Iskria have flourished here. This was not yet enough as a basis for the distillery's pioneer malt. Malt from Scottish barley, still kilned over Highland peat (local peat is already being planned for further bottlings), forms the basis for the Isle of Raasay Single Malt Inaugural Release 2020.
