Hendricks Gin has been produced since 1999 and is a blend of two distinct distillates from two different types of stills: the Bennett and the Carter-Head stills. By blending the two, we create an exceptionally smooth gin that possesses the necessary character and a delicate balance of subtle aromas. Although only a few Bennett stills have been produced, they have earned a reputation for producing a distillate that is particularly flavorful and robust.

This complex gin is made from a total of 8 different botanicals and 30 varieties of apples. In addition to classic botanicals such as cardamom and juniper, it also contains bourbon vanilla, cinnamon, lemon zest, rose, and Brazilian ginger.
