Funding from the European Union

Our new online shop was created as part of a project co-funded by the European Union under a funding programme of the State of Schleswig-Holstein.

Aim of the project

The aim is to digitalise and automate our sales and order processes. Ordering, shipping and customer service should work together without duplicated manual work, run securely and grow with our business.

What we have achieved

With Shopware we have built a new central platform for our online business. It is connected directly to our merchandise management system: stock levels, new products and product details flow into the shop automatically, and orders reach order processing without being typed in again.

DHL shipping labels are created straight from the order, and tracking details are emailed to our customers automatically. Payments are handled by a secure payment service. On top of that, there are better search and filter options and an English version of the shop.
