Hendricks Gin has been produced since 1999 and is a blend of two distinct distillates from two different types of stills: the Bennett and the Carter-Head stills. By blending the two, we create an exceptionally smooth gin that possesses the necessary character and a delicate balance of subtle aromas. Although only a few Bennett stills have been produced, they have earned a reputation for producing a distillate that is particularly flavorful and robust.

This complex gin is made from a total of 8 different botanicals and 30 varieties of apples. In addition to classic botanicals such as cardamom and juniper, it also contains bourbon vanilla, cinnamon, lemon zest, rose, and Brazilian ginger. The result is a surprisingly intense and spicy gin, perfectly complemented by apple and juniper aromas.

Jardim do Paraíso is a finely crafted distilled dry gin made from five aromatic individual distillates, inspired by the exotic world of Japanese flavors.
