The award-winning Original Edinburgh Gin of the same name is distilled in Scotland's capital, Edinburgh. Carefully selected Scottish ingredients and small production batches ensure its multi-award-winning quality and exceptional character. It is not only the choice of botanicals that reveals a love of Scotland and Edinburgh, but also the production process itself. Not least, the two stills are called Flora (a rounded pot still) and Caledonia (the tall column still), affectionate nicknames for the stills that also show a love of home, as Caledonia is the Gaelic word for Scotland.
Juniper and pine are very much to the fore. Light citrus aromas and a hint of coriander make for a complex gin to look forward to.

Hendricks Gin has been produced since 1999 and is a blend of two distinct distillates from two different types of stills: the Bennett and the Carter-Head stills. By blending the two, we create an exceptionally smooth gin that possesses the necessary character and a delicate balance of subtle aromas. Although only a few Bennett stills have been produced, they have earned a reputation for producing a distillate that is particularly flavorful and robust.
