The M&H Distillery takes advantage of Israel’s warm climate to accelerate the interaction between the distillate and the wood, giving this single malt remarkable depth after just four years. This expression was distilled on November 23, 2021, and matured in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, numbered 3550, until it was bottled in August 2026. The independent bottler Best Dram has exclusively selected this single cask to bridge the gap between oriental intensity and the classic elegance of dark sherry notes.

The Single Cask Wolfgang – Tawny Port Cask pays tribute to a composer whose extraordinary talent was evident from his earliest childhood: in keeping with the brilliance, elegance and timeless genius of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, the whisky was matured in a port cask.

In honour of his complex harmonies and powerful storytelling, Richard – PX Sherry Cask underwent additional maturation in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry cask.

The first permanently available Dingle 10 y.o. Forged from bourbon, port and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, it delivers a rich balance of plum, orange blossom, caramel and warm spice.

Myken Sea Mist combines the maritime, spicy Myken style with peated malt. Matured in bourbon and Pineau des Charentes casks, it combines gentle smoke with vanilla, fresh (citrus) fruits, creamy caramel and a hint of salt and pepper.

For the Myken Autumn Gale, the focus is mainly on sherry casks. Their dark richness, subtle smoke and a powerful 51% vol. make for an intense single malt that seems considerably more mature than it is.
