The Germany Edition 2023 contrasts a whiskey made from barley malt with a bottling made from peat malt. Both matured in a barrel pre-filled with the sweet Pedro Ximénez sherry. Fully peated whiskey has only been known from Bimber since spring 2023. The distillers bring peat from Aberdeenshire to London and kiln the barley malt themselves in a custom-made drying oven. The smoky-fruity Bimber Pedo Ximénez Sherry Cask #458 is the result of these high standards of craftsmanship.

The Bimber Distillery was founded by whisky lovers who made it their mission to produce high-quality single malt whisky with character, using traditional methods that are rarely found today. Regional Single Farm Barley. Barley malt from the traditional malting floor. Washbacks from their own cooperage. Bimber's production process reads like the ideal of a whisky distillery. Although based in London, the Craft Distillery is not influenced by the fast pace of the metropolis. With attention to detail, 7-day fermentation and two direct-fired pot stills, sought-after English whisky is produced here.

The M&H Distillery takes advantage of Israel’s warm climate to accelerate the interaction between the distillate and the wood, giving this single malt remarkable depth after just four years. This expression was distilled on November 23, 2021, and matured in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, numbered 3550, until it was bottled in August 2026. The independent bottler Best Dram has exclusively selected this single cask to bridge the gap between oriental intensity and the classic elegance of dark sherry notes.
