Behind this exceptional single malt lies the expertise of Signatory Vintage, one of Scotland’s most renowned independent bottlers. The identity of the distillery remains a closely guarded secret, which shifts the focus entirely to the artisanal quality and the impressive 45-year maturation period. With a strictly limited production run of just 860 bottles and a consistent refusal to use colorants or cold filtration, the character of this whiskey remains absolutely pure and natural.
On the nose, a tropical bouquet unfolds immediately, evoking ripe mango sorbet and juicy pineapple. On the palate, the immense complexity resulting from long aging is revealed through a interplay of caramelized pineapple, honey-sweet vanilla, and distinctive, toasted coconut. The finish is characterized by a fine, silky texture and a subtle oakiness that elegantly rounds out the fruity profile of the “Tropical Fruit Edition.”
