Fresh spring water from Westphalia, local corn, a master distiller with know-how from a Scottish distillery, maturation in aromatic new barrels from an American cooperage. All these components complement each other to “The Westfalian”.
This single corn whiskey was distilled in 2016 and matured in a fresh American oak barrel until 2021. This bottling is limited to 381 bottles.

For the new bottlings, St. Kilian Distillers married whisky with rum cask notes from its own stocks with triple-distilled whiskey from the Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk, Ireland, matured in bourbon casks. At 49% vol., the peaty version of the Terence Hill whisky treats the palates of smoke lovers to aromatic wood and peat smoke combined with creamy vanilla, cream caramel, sweet molasses and peach.
