Product information "Heartgow Summer Release 2026 - 48%"
Nibbling on ripe fruit as the juice runs down your fingers. Savouring the savoury aroma of barbecued food. Cooling off with a creamy chocolate and caramel ice cream. With Heartgow Summer, Hercynian Distilling Co. captures the essence of a carefree summer’s day – exclusively for Kirsch customers.
The latest release from the Seasonal Collection for Kirsch Import was matured in a combination of casks that came as a surprise to the Harz-based distillery: premium rye barrels meet Moscatel hogsheads from the Málaga region.
Anyone lucky enough to get their hands on one of the 384 bottles can look forward to a richly fruity experience with sweet notes and smoky spice: light and exotic fruits such as peach, banana and mandarin are framed by caramel and chocolate, enveloped in a cloud of smoke, firewood and smoked bacon.

In the Elsbachtal valley, nestled in the mountainous landscape of the southern Harz, lies the Hammerschmiede. Instead of iron ore, the Buchholz family processes a different regional raw material here: barley. Since 2002, the spirits manufactory has stood for Hercynian Single Malt. Now the sophisticated whisky from the heart of Germany has received a special honour: the award as "Category Winner" at this year's World Whiskies Awards.

The Faro Feingeist whisky matured for over four and a half years in German oak barriques. The barley types chosen were Munich and Cara Red, and the yeast was Safspirit M1.

The Westfalian was made by the german stillman Wilhelm Nothoff in the "Feinbrennerei Northoff". To produce this whisky was the idea of Thomas Ewers (Malts of Scotland). The quality of this whisky is very high although it is still young. The Westfalian was medalled a few times by th IWSC in 2017.

Bud Spencer without Terence Hill is like Scotland without single malt. That is why St. Kilian Distillers is extending its licensing partnership and now pairing its "The Legend" with Terence Hill "The Hero": two whiskies celebrating the hard-hitting film heroes. For the new bottlings, St. Kilian Distillers married whisky with rum cask notes from its own stocks with triple-distilled whiskey from the Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk, Ireland, matured in bourbon casks. At 49% vol., the peaty version of the Terence Hill whisky treats the palates of smoke lovers to aromatic wood and peat smoke combined with creamy vanilla, cream caramel, sweet molasses and peach.

The unpeated whisky turns out exotic, with the juicy sweetness of tropical fruit, bourbon vanilla and caramelised brown sugar as well as oak spice and a pinch of cocoa.
