With the Arran 10 Years Arran Barley (2026), the whisky's story begins in the fields of its home island. The Concerto barley used comes from Bellevue Farm, where it is grown by the Currie family on the Isle of Arran. As the second edition of the Arran Barley series, Batch 002 links the island's farming with its distilling craft.
The single malt matures for ten years in first fill bourbon barrels. On the nose, fresh herbs and lively citrus notes unfold, accompanied by gentle vanilla sweetness and a hint of anise. On the palate, spicy ginger biscuits and vanilla meet fresh citrus fruit. An oily texture gives the whisky fullness and depth. The finish is rich and warming, with fine anise notes and sweet spice.
Bottled at 50 % vol., non-chill-filtered and with natural colour, this limited edition offers an expressive Arran closely tied to its origins. An exciting choice for lovers of fruity, spicy single malts and regional barley.

The 25-year-old expression from the Arran Distillery, founded in 1995, is available from time to time in small quantities. The whisky matured in bourbon and sherry casks and is bottled at 46%. On the nose, the Arran 25 offers notes of fruitcake with roasted almonds and cinnamon. These are joined by a juicy spiciness of oranges and mandarins, which melds with manuka honey, muscovado sugar, baked apricots and a remarkable note of white pepper.
