The Volcán De Mi Tierra is based on an assemblage and selects the best agave from two regions (TIefland and Hochland) in order to achieve a complex and elegant variety of flavors.
Profile: Volcán De Mi Tierra Blanco mixes its herbal, citrus and spice notes that suggest the lowlands and the fruity notes of cherries and pears from the highlands.
Taste: Sweet agave notes with hints of grapefruit and black pepper, which leads to a good balance.

Rosaluz Blanco is fermented for 72 to 120 hours in steel tanks with commercial yeast. It is distilled by column distillation/double distillation in stainless steel stills with a copper coil. Before bottling, the tequila rests for 15 days in steel tanks.
