Don Julio Añejo Tequila is matured in small batches for eighteen months in American white oak barrels and is a testament to the art of producing a superb tasting, matured tequila. Its flavour is rich, distinctive and wonderfully complex, offering a perfect balance between agave, wood and a hint of vanilla. It is best enjoyed neat or simply on the rocks.

Rosaluz Blanco is fermented for 72 to 120 hours in steel tanks with commercial yeast. It is distilled by column distillation/double distillation in stainless steel stills with a copper coil. Before bottling, the tequila rests for 15 days in steel tanks.
