“Also known as the ‘foie gras’ of the sea. The strong local tradition of using every part of the cod and the high quality standards for liver make Iceland our preferred production location for this FANGST product.” The liver is lightly smoked over beechwood and preserved in its own oil – apart from a pinch of salt, no other ingredients are added.
