“The remote location in the North Atlantic, the clear waters, the cool, consistent temperatures, the strong currents, and the sheltered fjords make the Faroe Islands the perfect place for salmon. To this FANGST salmon, we’ve added a pinch of lemon verbena and crushed sea buckthorn – a berry that grows on the northern coasts and is known as the ‘Nordic lemon’.”
