“The Danish Limfjord offers particularly good natural conditions for cockles. Here, they develop a mild, slightly salty flavor and firm flesh. Most are exported, but we keep some for ourselves. To preserve their delicate taste, we use only cold-pressed rapeseed oil for these FANGST cockles.”
