For this latest batch, the Edradour 12 Year Old was matured entirely in first- and second-fill Oloroso sherry butts. Vatted from a total of ten casks, the Highlander yielded 6,656 bottles—bottled at cask strength, without chill-filtration or added coloring. The result? A flavor profile defined by dark sweetness and nutty spice that is free to unfold to its full potential.

This 11-year-old Edradour matured in PX sherry casks and was bottled exclusively to celebrate the distillery’s 200th anniversary. The PX sherry casks impart an intense bouquet of raisins, figs, and dark chocolate to the whisky, accompanied by enticing espresso notes.

Under the Ballechin brand, “Scotland’s Little Gem” bottles its peatiest single malts, distilled from malt with a minimum of 50 ppm smoke content. The Ballechin 19 y.o. Madeira Casks was matured exclusively in one type of cask: puncheons previously used for Madeira give it spice and sweetness.
