Knockando
Knockando was founded in 1898 by Ian Thomson near Cardhu, right next to Tamdhu on the left bank of the Spey. Since 2005 the whisky has been one of Diageo's Classic Malts. Most of the production is used for the J&B blend.
The Knockando 12 years is a wonderful representative when it comes to getting a classic Speysider. It has a fresh fruitiness and notes of fresh almonds.

The Knockando 15 year old is a combination of whiskies matured in bourbon and sherry casks. These make the whisky fruity, complex and flavoursome.
