Talisker’s “Forrests of the Deep” was matured for over 44 years. The last time it was allowed to spend in casks, the staves of which lay for 9 days at a depth of 20 feet (approx. 6 metres) in an algae forest.
This bottling supports the organisation Parley for the Oceans, which fights against plastic pollution of the world’s oceans.
