This 12-year-old expression follows the typical Mannochmore flavor profile and was matured entirely in bourbon hogsheads. Expect notes of gooseberries, crème brûlée, white pepper, soft oak, and clotted cream.

Palate: Crème brûlée, white pepper, freshly cut wood, white grapefruit.

The Mannochmore Distillery was founded in 1971 by John Haig & Co. In 1985, the distillery was shut down for about four years, so Mannochmore has only been available as a single malt since 1992.
