Die Destillerie auf der abgelegenen Insel Jura ist bekannt für ihren eigenständigen Charakter, der hier durch eine über 21-jährige Lagerung in First-Fill-Bourbon-Barrels veredelt wurde. Die unabhängigen Abfüller Phil und Simon Thompson haben für diese „Pride of the Hebrides“-Edition ein Small Batch ausgewählt, das den seltenen, rauchigen Stil der Brennerei zelebriert. Unverfälscht, ohne Kältefiltration und in natürlicher Fassstärke von 52,7 % Vol. abgefüllt, zeigt dieser Single Malt das handwerkliche Können der in Dornoch ansässigen Experten.
