Through the Lighthouse series of the Wu DRAM Clan, we got to know our dealer colleague Jörg from Whiskyjace. Together we have now selected another cask that we have bottled together for the “Art Edition” series of Whiskyjace. This is a 12-year-old Caol Ila from the island of Islay, which was first matured in a refill hogshead and then finished in a sherry octave. The cask then yielded a total of 107 bottles with a cask strength of 57.8%. We have divided the bottles between the two partners.
