All five malts from the region's three distilleries went into this authentic Campbeltown Blended Malt Scotch Whisky. It was married and bottled at Springbank and consists exclusively of whiskies from the five Campbeltown brands: Springbank, Hazelburn, Longrow, Kilkerran and Glen Scotia.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: A distinct buttery note and a characteristically Campbeltown hint of sea salt introduce this dram, along with notes of ginger loaf and pecan pie.
Palate: Creamy coffee, salted caramel, date syrup and crystallised brown sugar on the palate, with a subtle hint of peat smoke.
Finish: The peat smoke builds in the finish, with a leathery note developing over time.

The maritime notes that emerge in this single malt take you on a journey to its home, Campbeltown. The whiskies in the Springbank range are lightly peated and distilled 2.5 times.

This Glen Scotia 2015 was finished for almost 5 years in a First Fill PX Sherry Hogshead. This Campbeltown single malt was bottled at 54.0%.Original Tasting Notes Dark rum soaked figs and sticky cola cubes are followed by syrupy, stewed, black plums. Earthy dark chocolate and bitter walnuts are balanced with sticky gingerbread, cinnamon and clove.

This peated Glen Scotia from 2014 matured in a First Fill Bourbon cask until 2026 and was then bottled at 56.7%.Original Tasting NotesMalted biscuits drizzled in melted brown sugar and salted caramel are followed by freshly baked cinnamon pastries and soft smoke. Wisps of sweet peat are balanced by whipped cream and orange zest before warming oak spice.

Founded in 1828 by the Reid family in Campbeltown on the Mull of Kintyre peninsula, Springbank was taken over as early as 1837 by the Mitchell family, who still own it. The single malt Springbank is distilled two and a half times with water from the Crosshills Loch and little peated malt: A blend of feints and low wines is distilled a third time. Springbank also produces the single malts Longrow (double distilled, more peated malt) and Hazelburn (triple distilled, unpeated malt). All whiskies are not coloured and not chill-filtered.

This whisky is the 14th release of Kilkerran Heavily Peated. It was matured in bourbon and sherry casks and bottled at cask strength of 58.3% ABV. Tasting Notes Nose: Honeycomb, wholemeal toast, chargrilled seafood, smoky bacon. Taste: Smoke, lemon shortbread, melon, ham. Finish: Nicely balanced: Peat smoke, lemon zest, icing sugar, and a sweet, buttery mouthfeel.

Longrow is the double-distilled, heavily peated whisky from the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown. This 23-year-old expression was bottled by Cadenhead’s for the Original Collection after maturing in Oloroso sherry hogsheads.
