Andrew Symington is an expert in tracking down exclusive Scotch whiskies. For the Symington’s Choice range, the Signatory founder personally selects rare casks that have been matured with great skill.
With its malty, fruity and creamy characteristics, single malt from Teaninich is the main ingredient for Johnnie Walker – and correspondingly rare. The Teaninich 2007/2025 is a 17-year-old find with a sherry finish.
