“This crema combines the taste of sweet strawberries with the finely sour notes of rhubarb. Thanks to the high fruit content, it is particularly creamy and intensely fruity. Our vinegar specialties are made with mild white wine vinegar, brandy vinegar or balsamic vinegar of Modena and are sure to impress its incomparable creaminess. More than a conventional vinegar, wine vinegar, fruit vinegar or strawberry vinegar, this specialty is particularly mild, fruity-sweet and tasty at the same time. No wonder that the strawberry-rhubarb crema is an absolute favorite in the kitchen – whether in the salad dressing or on top the dessert.”
