Tastes like a fresh breeze over windswept golden sand Look to the horizon, where the light sparkles on the surf. A breeze whispers over gentle waves, fresh and salty. Stand on the shore and breathe it in. This expression captures the wonder of the coast on the city's doorstep. This gently sweet, mineral gin uses botanicals harvested from the beaches around Edinburgh, so it brings to mind a refreshing walk along a Scottish beach. Pair it with tonic or shake it into a Martini… we enjoy ours with a slice of grapefruit or a sprig of crisp, salty rock samphire.

Following the successful launch of Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur on the British drinks market, it was a natural step to create a 40% version of this award-winning flavour combination. The Master Distiller took great care to get the Rhubarb & Ginger Gin just right. Wonderfully balanced and crafted, with warming heat, zesty sweetness, more juniper and more gin. This Rhubarb & Ginger Gin may be inspired by the liqueur, a true original, but it is also distinctive in its own right. A demonstration of natural flavour expertise. Pour it long, pour it short. Shake it in a cocktail or simply enjoy it with tonic.

In Edinburgh, Scotland's capital, the multi-award-winning Original Edinburgh Gin is distilled. Carefully selected Scottish ingredients and small production batches ensure the product quality and exceptional character. Not only the choice of botanicals reveals the love for Scotland and Edinburgh, but also the manufacturing process itself. Last but not least, the two stills are called Flora (a round pot still) and Caledonia (the elongated column still), affectionate nicknames for the stills who also betray love of home. Because Caledonia is the Gaelic word for Scotland.Juniper and pine are very much in the foreground. With light citrus flavors and a hint of coriander, you can look forward to a complex gin.
