It shouldn’t cover up the taste of the food, but should skilfully refine it. We use exactly this principle to taste the recipes for our sauces. Balsamic roasted onion sauce – with Piment d’Espelette
In this sauce, fine Aceto Balsamico di Modena meets the spicy taste of roasted onions and the variety of flavors of the chili specialty Piment d’Espelette. It refines the sauce with the slightly smoky and fruity-sweet to piquant note.
Barbecue Sauce – with hickory smoked salt
This sauce gets its incomparably spicy-smoky aroma from the use of fine hickory smoked salt, which has been gently smoked on real hickory wood (walnut).
Mango pepper sauce – with jalapeño chili
