Brandy Carlos I Amontillado – 40,3%

Locally grown Airen white wine grapes are fermented to produce Carlos I. The resulting must is distilled and cut before storage with sweet wines d’Alexandria and Pedro Ximénez. These wines give it its sweet character. Carlos I is matured for at least 10 years using the Solera process. The barrels were previously coated with Amontillado Sherry, which gives the brandy additional color and warm and multi-layered aromas.
