"Our classic bruschetta with the fine flavour of fresh porcini and button mushrooms. Mixed in the classic way with olive oil, it is a delicious topping for toasted bread and also a real treat as a spread with cream cheese. It is also particularly tasty in light sauces, as a seasoning for pasta and rice dishes and as a marinade for beef."
