Exclusively for the Remarkable Society, the Hanseatische Weinhandelsgesellschaft presents a “Tour Edition”: a Loch Lomond single cask whisky, matured for eight years exclusively in a second-fill Manzanilla sherry butt. Manzanilla is a dry style of sherry distinguished by its floral notes and bouquet. Full-cask maturation imparts fruity wine aromas and notes of dried plums, dates, and salted caramel to the whisky. This single cask expression was distilled exclusively in the innovative distillery’s swan-neck pot stills.
