A limited-edition grappa with a full-bodied flavor and a distinctive personality. It’s an explosion of sensations, a complex aroma, and a powerful structure that showcase the careful selection of pomace combined with the slow, patient aging of the grappa. The flavor is rich, enveloping, with great structure and a long finish. On the palate, it’s round, ripe, and full-bodied. Made from red pomace of native Trentino grape varieties such as Teroldego Rotaliano and Marzemino d’Isera, which, after a gentle bain-marie pressing, are distilled in a traditional pot still. The resulting grappa ages for 10 years in small oak barrels to develop a unique and distinctive blend of flavors. The wood used for the barrel construction (Quercus Petrae) is split, while the staves are bent using a steam-bending technique combined with a medium roast.

Obtained through the careful Bagnomaria distillation in a discontinuous still. Stored for several months in wooden barrels. The grappa itself convinces with its freshness & fruitiness and shows itself particularly soft with a mild taste.

A grappa that expresses the elegance of Trentino tradition and makes the most of it by skilfully combining the region's typical grape varieties, its temperature fluctuations and aromas, further refined by the experience of past centuries. Produced by careful bain-marie distillation in a discontinuous still from the single grape varieties Teroldego, Marzemino, Merlot, Müller Thurgau, Muscat and Chardonnay, it is exceptionally fresh and elegantly dry. Ten months of storage in terracotta amphorae make this grappa particularly smooth, aromatic and elegantly balanced.
