In Edinburgh, Scotland's capital, the multi-award-winning Original Edinburgh Gin is distilled. Carefully selected Scottish ingredients and small production batches ensure the product quality and exceptional character. Not only the choice of botanicals reveals the love for Scotland and Edinburgh, but also the manufacturing process itself. Last but not least, the two stills are called Flora (a round pot still) and Caledonia (the elongated column still), affectionate nicknames for the stills who also betray love of home. Because Caledonia is the Gaelic word for Scotland.Juniper and pine are very much in the foreground. With light citrus flavors and a hint of coriander, you can look forward to a complex gin.

Grappa Stravecchia, a symbol of culture, dedication and the art of distillation. Grappa Stravecchia is created by distilling five Trentino marcs such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Muscat and Chardonnay, which are heated in a water bath and then pass through non-consecutive stills. It is aged in small barrels made of cherry wood, ash, oak and black locust, which impart to the distillate their typical characteristics of fragrance, aroma, color and taste. The duration of aging reflects the rhythms of nature: 18 full moons pass, that is, 18 months. The fragrance becomes intense, ethereal and harmonious. The taste rounds out to leave a pleasant silky sensation on the palate. The color acquires a warm amber hue. The master distiller accompanies the maturation until the ideal blend and perfect harmony between wood and grappa. This is how Le Diciotto Lune Marzadro is born, a refined grappa to meditate.

Grappa that expresses the elegance of the Trentino tradition and brings out the best of it, appropriately combining the typical grape varieties of the region, their temperature variations and fragrances, and further refined by the experience of past centuries. Obtained through the careful Bagnomaria distillation in a discontinuous still from individual grape varieties Teroldego, Marzemino, Merlot, Müller Thurgau, Muscat and Chardonnay, it is exceptionally fresh and elegantly dry. The ten-month storage in terracotta amphorae makes this grappa particularly soft and aromatic and elegantly balanced.
