This 14-year-old Aultmore was bottled by Douglas Laing for its own “Old Particular” series. Distilled in September 2008, the whisky matured in a sherry butt, which gave it typical sherry aromas of dried fruit, dark red fruits and chocolate. The single cask, limited to 283 bottles, was bottled exclusively for the German market.
