"We are proud to present the Ardnahoe Chairman’s Selection, a one-off limited edition and one of the most significant releases in the history of the Ardnahoe Distillery to date.
Created to the personal specifications of the recently deceased founder and chairman Stewart Laing, the Chairman’s Selection is the most heavily peated edition yet: a heavily peated single malt from the strictly limited, heavily peated stocks that have not previously been released.
The result is a more powerful interpretation of the unmistakable Ardnahoe character, while retaining the balance, complexity and elegance for which the distillery is known. The idea and composition of this edition mark an emotional and significant milestone for the Laing family, who have been among the defining names of the Scotch whisky industry since the 1940s. Each bottle also contains a personal letter from Stewart Laing himself, giving collectors an exceptional insight into the history of Ardnahoe and the creation and philosophy of this special edition."
