Wajos’ sauces for grilling are simply something special – like the new apricot onion sauce with dried tomatoes. At the beginning, spicy onions dominate the taste, then the fine sharpness and the light acidity with notes of balsamic vinegar come to the fore, and finally the beautiful sweetness of the apricot joins them. In addition, dried tomatoes give this barbecue sauce a beautiful, intense color.
