Founded in 1967, The GlenAllachie Distillery has long been foreign owned. In 2017, The GlenAllachie Distillers Company bought the distillery in Speyside – together with the filled casks in the warehouse. Its new owners: longtime Scotch whiskey luminary Billy Walker and his partners Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson. The new team was introduced to their special features by long-standing employees of the distillery.
