Uniquely Islay 2025 "An-T-Earrach" means "spring" in Gaelic and features new experimental single casks, innovative full-cask maturations – Sauternes, Moscatel – and, for the first time, exceptionally long cask finishes.

This Kilchoman 2017 matured the entire time in a Sauternes hogshead before being bottled exclusively for the German market in 2025.

Taste: This Sauternes cask has floral notes with lasting buttery sweetness and integrated peat smoke.

]]> The distillery was opened by Anthony Wills in 2005. It was the first new-opening of a distillery on Islay after a pause of 125 years. It is located in the northwestern part of the island on a former farmer area and is the only distillery on Islay that isn’t located next to the sea. It also is the only distillery on Islay which may call itself ‘100% Islay’, using all the ingredients and doing every producing step on the island.

]]> The distillery is located near to Mullben and Keith and belongs to the Speyside. Open up in 1974 it is one of the youngest and most modern distilleries in Scotland. The malt is only softly peated because the big part of the production is dimensioned for making blends for Justerini & Brooks (J&B).
