]]> After 190 years, Torabhaig is the first distillery on the Isle of Skye to produce a new single malt after the Talisker Distillery. It was built by the independent bottler Mossburn Distillers from the ruins of an old farmhouse. For this purpose, stones from the nearby Camus castle ruins were also used. The first spirit in the distillery flowed in 2017 and the first single malt was brought onto the market in 2021.

As independent bottlers, they linked their name to hand-picked bottlings. The Torabhaig 2018/2025 is an exclusive bottling for the German market. This rare single cask originated on the coast of the Isle of Skye, where Torabhaig has been distilling its classic smoky island malt since 2017. As one of the distillery's oldest whiskies, it matured for seven years in a first-fill bourbon barrel.
