The brothers developed their passion for whisky in their parents’ hotel business: At Dornoch Castle, they established a whisky bar renowned far beyond the Highlands. As independent bottlers, they linked their name to hand-picked bottlings. The Torabhaig 2018/2025 is an exclusive bottling for the German market. This rare single cask originated on the coast of the Isle of Skye, where Torabhaig has been distilling its classic smoky island malt since 2017. As one of the distillery’s oldest whiskies, it matured for seven years in a first-fill bourbon barrel.
