After 190 years, Torabhaig is the first distillery on the Isle of Skye to produce a new single malt after the Talisker Distillery. It was built by the independent bottler Mossburn Distillers from the ruins of an old farmhouse. For this purpose, stones from the nearby Camus castle ruins were also used. The first spirit in the distillery flowed in 2017 and the first single malt was brought onto the market in 2021. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
