For this edition in the “Benchmark” series, independent bottler Murray McDavid selected a Highland single malt distilled in 2011 that initially matured in classic sherry casks. It underwent a final finishing period in exclusive barriques from the renowned Bodegas Xim\u00e9nez-Sp\u00ednola.
