We have a very friendly relationship with the Glenfarclas Distillery and, in particular, with George Grant.
\nGlenfarclas, which means \u201cValley of the Green Grasslands,\u201d was founded in 1836 by Robert Hay and purchased in 1865 by John Grant. To this day, it remains in the hands of the Grant family, who, with great foresight and consistency, continually offer outstanding single casks and special editions in addition to their standard bottlings. So it\u2019s no coincidence that we\u2019ve already had the privilege of personally selecting several Glenfarclas casks and bottling them under our own name. Since 2006, the tastings in Itzehoe featuring family member George Grant have been among our highlights. This 2015 Glenfarclas was aged in First-Fill Sherry Butt No. 7. It was bottled in August 2026 for the newly founded Local Dealer Community (an association of German brick-and-mortar specialty retailers).
