At the Nc’nean distillery in the Highlands, they follow the path of Neachneohain, the Gaelic queen of spirits and guardian of nature. For the \u2018Malted Teacake\u2019 edition, a special Belgian ale yeast was used, which lends the distillate an exceptional malty depth.
