Kammer Kirsch gourmet series<\/p>\n

Kammer-Kirsch has been distilling fine fruit brandies using the traditional distillation process since 1909. The distillery manufacturer continues this tradition with the new gourmet fruit brandy series. Today, as then, double distillation is carried out on copper stills (pot stills) using a manual process. The distiller alone controls the burning process by hand every day – without the use of computers or other modern technology.
