The Seychelles’ first premium rum has been produced since 2002 in the distillery founded by Richard and Bernard d’Offay on the main island of Mah\u00e9. Just 60 metres from the beach. The brothers use both fresh Seychelles sugar cane juice and molasses for Takamaka rum. The ingredients are distilled in pot and column stills.<\/p>\n
